Registration Details & Guidelines Age Requirements Attendees of the Children Change the World Montessori Conference 2019 must be 18 years or older. No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to conference events and/or locations that are under the age of the conference, such as the Exhibit Hall. Cancellation & Refund Policy Requests for refunds of conference registration fees must be made in writing and e-mailed, postmarked, or faxed by the following date: September 1st 2017. Refunds will be disbursed within 30 days after the conference. For each canceled registration, a $50 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. You may request a refund by e-mail, postal mail (Montessori Children’s House Academy 134 Farnham Drive S.E. Calgary, Alberta T2H 1C6), or fax (403-514-5618) Reprinting of Name Badge If you lose or misplace your name badge during the conference, the replacement fee will be $5. Your name Badge must be worn throughout the duration of the conference in order to gain access to the keynote, breakout sessions, meal area and etc. Permission to Photograph By registering for this conference, you are agreeing that at this event or related activities you may be photographed, and that you allow your photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, and organizers. If you have questions about this policy, e-mail at email@example.com Event Access To access Children the Change the World Annual Conference events including workshops, keynote addresses, networking events, and receptions, as well as the Exhibit Hall, individuals must be officially registered conference attendees and they must wear their name tags throughout the conference; only those with name tags will be permitted entry. Children under 18 The Children Change the World Montessori Conference is an event for adults passionate about the Montessori Education of children. Due to the professional nature of the program, as well as for safety reasons, children under the age of 18, including infants and toddlers either handheld or in carriers, are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall or any conference events such as workshops, keynote presentations, and receptions. Children may distract speakers or presenters, disrupt other attendees, and/or adversely impact the quality of audio recordings of the events. We ask all presenters and attendees to honor this policy, as we strive to create the optimal conference experience.
